No data protection officer has been appointed; based on my own assessment, the legal requirements for a mandatory appointment under Article 37 GDPR in conjunction with Section 38 BDSG are not met.

• No cookies, no consent request, no consent banner.
• No audience measurement, no analytics, advertising or social media services.
• No server-side contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts.
• Fonts come from this site’s own server, not from Google Fonts.
• JavaScript only adds motion and convenience; it stores nothing and sends nothing.

When you open these pages your browser transmits technically necessary data that the hosting provider stores briefly in log files: IP address, date and time of access, the requested address, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and browser and operating system identifiers.

The purpose is delivering the pages, operational security and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in stable and secure operation. This data is not combined with other sources or evaluated in relation to you as a person.

The website is operated by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The provider processes the log data named above as a processor; the basis is the provider’s Data Processing Addendum under Article 28 GDPR.

This involves a transfer to the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised as providing an adequate level of protection in its adequacy decision of 10 July 2023; the Commission’s standard contractual clauses under Article 46 (2) (c) GDPR apply in addition.

If you write to me, I process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as it concerns the initiation or performance of a purchase agreement, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR with my interest in answering enquiries.

The offer form assembles the text of the email exclusively in your browser and hands it to your own email app. Until you send the email there yourself, none of your input leaves your device. The “Your own idea” field only changes the preview on your screen; the text is neither stored nor transmitted.

I delete messages as soon as they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way. An unencrypted email can be read by third parties in transit.

The “copy” buttons place the domain or the email address in your device’s clipboard only after you click. No data is transmitted to me or to third parties.

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required. Your system’s reduced-motion setting is read to switch off animations; it is neither stored nor transmitted.

All font files are located on this website’s server. No videos, maps, social media buttons or other third-party content are embedded.

The pages are delivered exclusively over a TLS-encrypted connection.

You have the right to access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR).
